Welcome to Graze Haus. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and policies that govern your use of our services, including browsing our website, placing orders, and receiving deliveries.
By using our site and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
2. Serving Trays
All platters are made to order and served on a beautiful reusable tray, which is included in the price.
The tray is yours to keep – no returns required.
By choosing reusable trays, we aim to support a more stylish and sustainable approach to hosting and catering.
3. Delivery
We offer hand delivery within the M25, operating Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm.
Delivery charges may vary depending on distance:
Within 10 miles: Standard delivery fee
10–20 miles: Extended delivery fee
You’ll be able to select a delivery date and preferred time window at checkout.
Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. If no one answers the door or phone, our courier will attempt to leave the box with a neighbour. Failing that, it will be left in a safe place outside.
Graze Haus is not responsible for lost or damaged items left unattended after delivery.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable.

5. Dietary Requirements & Allergens
Please inform us of any dietary requirements at checkout.
While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that products are free from all allergens.

6. Bespoke Offerings
For custom orders, event catering, or large group requests, please get in touch directly at contact@grazehaus.co.uk
A quote and lead time will be provided based on your request.
